We are looking for a dedicated Integration Coordinator to actively support and promote the integration of people with migration backgrounds into our society. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring integration measures in cooperation with authorities, educational institutions, social organizations, and civil society. You will serve as the central point of contact for migrants as well as for organizations involved in integration work. Your tasks include developing individual integration plans, organizing language courses, vocational training programs, and cultural events. You will advise and support people with migration backgrounds on issues related to education, employment, housing, and social participation. In doing so, you will work closely with local networks, volunteers, and other professionals. An important part of your work is raising intercultural awareness within institutions and promoting respectful coexistence. You will analyze needs, prepare reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of integration measures. Your work will significantly contribute to strengthening equal opportunities and social cohesion. We are looking for an empathetic, communicative, and well-organized individual with experience in social work, integration, or intercultural communication.
